Who we are
These terms apply to services booked with Lapland Transfers, Pihkaporintie, 96800 Rovaniemi.
Requests and confirmation
The booking form on this website sends a reservation request and gives you a reference number. It is not yet a booking. We check availability and reply in writing; your booking exists once we have confirmed the date, time, pickup place and price, and you have accepted them.
Prices
- Transfer prices are per vehicle, one way, in euros, as published in the price list. A listed price always applies to its listed route.
- For an address that is not on the list, the fare calculator measures the driving distance and we confirm the fare in writing before you commit.
- Hourly hire is priced per vehicle and per hour, and includes 30 km of driving in each hour booked. Longer distances are confirmed in writing before you commit.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website. The payment method and due date are stated in your written confirmation.
Cancellations and changes
The cancellation and change terms for your booking are stated in your written confirmation, before you commit. If your dates might move, say so in your request.
Transfers
- Give us the right flight number, arrival or pickup time, passenger count and luggage, so we can send the right vehicle at the right time.
- Vehicle classes carry: Car / SUV — up to 3 passengers · 3 pieces of luggage; Standard Minivan — 4–7 passengers · 8 pieces of luggage; Mercedes-Benz Vito — 7–8 passengers · 8 pieces of luggage. If your party or luggage exceeds the class you booked, tell us before the day.
Winter conditions
Lapland roads can be affected by snow, ice and extreme cold. Your driver decides the safe speed and route; journey times on long routes are estimates. Tell us in advance about children in your group, child seats and anything else that affects how you travel.

Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
