Per vehicle, not per person. Each route has a listed price for each of our three vehicle classes — for example, Rovaniemi Airport to the city centre or any hotel within 10 km is €45 by Car / SUV, €70 by Standard Minivan and €75 by Mercedes-Benz Vito. The full price list shows every route.

Choose a pickup and a drop-off in the fare calculator — an airport, a hotel, a cabin or any address — and we measure the actual driving route between them, not a straight line. Listed routes such as Rovaniemi ⇄ Levi or Ivalo Airport ⇄ Saariselkä, in either direction, and anywhere within 10 km of Rovaniemi Airport always get their listed price. Any other trip is priced on the route: €9 start, €1.89 per km and €1.50 per minute of estimated driving time, with a minimum fare of €22. Your route and fare carry straight into the booking form.

It’s the pre-booked version. Instead of queueing for a metered taxi, you reserve a private vehicle in advance at a fixed, listed price — the same figure whether the road is clear or slow. A Santa Claus Village transfer or the run from the airport to the city centre both fall inside the 10 km price.

The Rovaniemi Airport and train station prices cover hotels and accommodation within 10 km — that includes the city centre and Santa Claus Village. Resorts further out — Arctic SnowHotel, Aito Igloo & Spa, Ranua — have their own listed prices. If you’re staying somewhere that isn’t listed, send a request and we’ll quote it.

Yes. Listed routes run to Kemi, Kittilä, Levi, Saariselkä, Kakslauttanen and Ivalo, and across the border to Kiruna and Abisko in Sweden and Tromsø and Kirkenes in Norway. The price list also has Helsinki and Ivalo tabs for Helsinki Airport and Ivalo Airport transfers.

So we know exactly which arrival we’re meeting and can follow it if it lands early or late. It’s optional, but it helps us plan your pickup.

Yes. One vehicle carries up to 8 passengers; for bigger parties we send several vehicles on the same booking. Tell us your numbers in the booking form or contact us for a group quote.

You book a vehicle and driver for a number of hours and decide where to go. In Rovaniemi it starts at €70 per hour for a Car / SUV, with 30 km included in each hour. See the Hourly Service page for every rate.

In Rovaniemi, Helsinki and Ivalo, each with its own hourly rate in the price list.

Every hour you book includes 30 km of driving — three hours include 90 km, for example. If you plan a longer drive, mention it in your request and we’ll confirm the price in our reply.

Not yet. The booking form sends us a reservation request with a reference number. We check availability for your date and reply to confirm — your booking is final once you’ve heard from us.

Cancellation and change terms are confirmed together with your booking. If your dates might move, tell us in the notes and we’ll make the terms clear before you commit.

Yes — send the outbound and the return as two requests, or mention the return in the notes of the first. We’ll handle them as one conversation.
